We offer a centralized system to manage crew operations and scheduling through a vast spectrum of add-on services according to each principal’s needs. Crew synthesis is performed as per each vessel’s particulars and company-specific requirements.
We handle procurement of crew protective equipment, crew travelling arrangements, accounting & payroll as well as crew welfare.
In collaboration with our principals, we can help implement Rightship’s Code of Conduct.
