Crew Training & Development
We provide a structured career path for seafarers.
We work in cooperation with reputable maritime academies in their selection as cadets and engage in continuous training of all ranks leading to the attainment of IMO Standards of Training Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) certificates of competency.
Pre-embarkation and on-job training and mentoring schemes are prepared for each rank. Custom made post disembarkation training, according to each seafarer’s evaluation onboard and training needs analysis is presented to our principals, with the aim to build a stable and strong crew rotation.
We invest in targeted training for promotable seafarers, in our aim to develop competent and reliable officers.
